We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. As long as the product it’s original condition.

• In case of paying with credit/debit cards, valu, sympl, 3% will be deducted from whole amount and you will get the transfer back in 5 business days.
• In case of paying on cash on delivery, you will get your money back when we pick our product.

In case of applying for a refund after leaving destination, same shipping fees will be applied to pick up the order.

No returns/refunds for customized orders.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs. 

Customized Orders Policy

 

• No Refunds or Exchanges: Please note that all customized orders are final. Once an order is placed, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
• Color Variations: Our carpets are made from natural fibers and hand-crafted with care. Slight variations in color tones may occur due to dye lots, lighting, and the handmade process. These variations are considered part of the uniqueness of your rug.
• Shedding: Because we use natural fibers such as cotton and wool, some initial shedding is normal during the first few months of use. This will gradually decrease over time with regular vacuuming on a gentle setting.
